Need replacement brushes for your Bar Maid Glasswasher?  We carry many different sizes.  From the standard 6" brushes to the 8 1/2" extra tall brushes, you are sure to find the brush that fits your machine.  Please note: these brushes are for Bar Maid only and may not work properly with any other model.  Notice the white pin near the bottom of the shaft.  This designates this brush is a Bar Maid.  We also carry universal brushes, see the Glass Pro Brushes below.

Slotted Glasswasher Brush

Need replacement Glass Pro Glasswasher brushes?  Most likely you have the standard 7" brush. However, you can now order any size you need for those special situations.  Choose from 7",8",9", or 10" brushes. Most Glass-Pro glasswashers have four 7" outside brushes and one 8" inside brush.  However, we don't recommend the larger brushes unless you have a specific purpose.  This will only add a lot of extra stress to your gears.  Of course, we offer replacment gears too!!

Bar Maid Bushing

Does you Bar Maid glasswasher's gear seem "loose" or you are chewing up the new gears really fast?  check the brass bushings on the plates. There are six on top and six on the bottom.  Once they start to feel rough like sandpaper, then its time to replace them.  Sometimes you only need to change the top to stop the gears from being worn quickly.  However, it's best to replace all 12 if you can.

At only a few cents per application, B-L-C Beer Line Cleaner is a value focused way to remove beer stone, biomass, organics and mineral deposits from beverage lines.

B-L-C is a liquid product that does not cake or harden and it mixes instantly. This nitrate free formulation is also low in phosphates and 100% biodegradable. B-L-C works with all electrical, mechanical and hand driven cleaning units.

The primary active ingredient in B-L-C is potassium hydroxide, an alkaline compound with easy rinsing qualities that is less corrosive to metal parts and fittings. We blend potassium hydroxide with a proprietary blend of surfactants and chelating agents to help the caustic loosen and suspend soil. B-L-C also works with your budget! At 2 ounces of B-L-C per gallon of water, a 33 oz. container makes 16.5 gallons of powerful, quality cleaner.

B-L-C is a highly-effective cleaner and one of our milder brands of liquid beverage line cleaner. B-L-C is ideal for direct draw systems, tap boxes, or any system that uses shorter runs.
